The cable network is said to be paying more than $1.5 million per episode to air 2 Broke Girls repeats, reports Entertainment Weekly.
2 Broke Girls follows Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs), who grew up in different backgrounds but end up becoming roommates in Brooklyn, New York.
TBS is also reportedly working on a deal to air repeats of another CBS sitcom, Mike & Molly.
Last month, Cougar Town was picked up by TBS, which will air the show's upcoming fourth season in early 2013.
Co-creator Bill Lawrence insisted that the broadcaster shift will not affect Cougar Town.
