Sigourney Weaver's 'Political Animals' unveils new teaser - watch

A new Political Animals teaser has been released.

The USA miniseries stars Sigourney Weaver as former First Lady Elaine Barrish, who is now the current Secretary of State doing her best to balance her work life and family.



The cast includes James Wolk and Sebastian Stan as Barrish's sons, Ellen Burstyn as Barrish's mother and Brittany Ishibashi as the fiancée of Wolk's character.

Stan, who previously appeared in Captain America: The First Avenger, plays "a lost soul struggling with addiction", who is the polar opposite of his "perfect" brother.

Sucker Punch actress Carla Gugino also stars as a reporter who becomes Barrish's ally.

Political Animals is set to debut on July 19 on USA.
