NBC bullish on 'Studio 60'

NBC entertainment chief Kevin Reilly has indicated that the network plans to stick with Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip and Friday Night Lights despite the two shows' lukewarm ratings.
"I'm pulling for these shows and I'm trying to figure out what's the midseason schedule that can give them a chance, because I really believe some of these can really grow into bigger commercial assets," Reilly told Newsday.
Reilly's comments come despite mounting speculation that the Aaron Sorkin-created show, which goes behind the scenes at a fictional sketch comedy series, will be pulled from the network's schedule. In the UK, Studio 60 has been picked up by Channel 4.
