Sci Fi starts 'Dresden Files' production

Production on the new Sci Fi supernatural series The Dresden Files has started in Toronto.
The detective drama from Lionsgate is scheduled to join the Sci Fi lineup in January. The show, executive produced by Charmed's David Simkins and The 4400's Robert Wolfe, follows the story of Harry Dresden, a detective with the ability to see how supernatural forces have played a role in horrific crimes.
So far, Sci Fi has green-lighted production on a 12 episode run.
