Levinson worked as co-executive producer on Touch and also wrote two episodes of the Kiefer Sutherland drama.
Her new project follows a detective who puts his life under video surveillance when he begins to suffer from memory loss, Deadline reports.
The cop later begins using the footage to give him a unique and full perspective on criminal investigations.
Levinson - who has also worked on Law & Order, Charmed and Tru Calling - will serve as executive producer on the untitled drama, alongside partners Peter Chernin and Katherine Pope (Touch, Terra Nova).
Touch recently cast three guest stars for its second season - Lukas Haas (Inception), Saxon Sharbino (I Spit on Your Grave) and Greg Ellis (Pirates of the Caribbean) will all appear in the show's next run.
