Private Practice has received a new promo video.
Addison (Kate Walsh) is faced with a difficult choice in the trailer, as Sam (Taye Diggs) and Jake (Benjamin Bratt) are both vying for commitment.
The ABC show's fifth season finale saw Addison and Jake make a big step towards a possible relationship, only for Sam to later propose to her.
Walsh will depart the medical drama at the conclusion of season six, but the actress has said that the series can "absolutely" survive without her.
Matt Long recently joined the cast in a recurring role for its sixth season.
Private Practice returns to ABC on Tuesday, September 25 at 10/9c.
