Mamie Gummer's 'Emily Owens, MD' reveals new 'Loser' promo - watch

A new promo of Emily Owens, MD has been unveiled.

Titled 'Loser', the 30-secend clip features Mamie Gummer as the title role arguing with a school girl.



Emily Owens, MD - formerly known as First Cut - is a medical drama about a new doctor navigating her tricky first days at a Denver hospital, where her crush (Justin Hartley) and high school enemy (Aja Naomi King) also work.

Gummer - who is the daughter of Meryl Streep - will be joined by Necar Zadegan and Michael Rady.

Emily Owens, MD is just one of the new shows debuting on the CW, which will also premiere The Carrie Diaries, Arrow, Cult and Beauty and the Beast

The series will air on Tuesdays at 9/8c after Hart of Dixie's second season this autumn.
