Rosie O'Donnell has quashed speculation that she plans to quit ABC mid-morning talk show The View for a role on Nip/Tuck.
O'Donnell attributed a report that she was considering joining the FX show to an off-hand remark made to a View audience member - in which she specifically noted that the show filmed during The View's summer break.
"Don't anybody worry where Rosie's going," O'Donnell said on air. "She's right here."
The View's ratings have increased since O'Donnell joined the show three months ago. Its November ratings average was up 15% year-on-year.
