Ryan Lochte has reacted to being parodied on Saturday Night Live.
Seth MacFarlane portrayed the Olympian as a dim-witted television reviewer during a segment on 'Weekend Update' on Saturday (September 15).
Lochte was asked about the spoof while speaking to Celebuzz this week.
"Well I gotta admit that was a pretty harsh one, but it's cool to have Seth parody me… I think he pegged me wrong," the swimmer said.
The athlete went on to stress that he is honoured that Saturday Night Live would parody him even though he wasn't impressed with MacFarlane's impression.
"It's all in fun and, of course, if I'm talked about on SNL, I know they are gonna get me good," he said.
SNL's season premiere also saw Jay Pharoah debut his Barack Obama impression and John Mayer join musical guest Frank Ocean on-stage.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Mumford & Sons appear on Saturday Night Live this weekend, airing at 11.30/10.30c on NBC.
