NBC halts 'Raines' production

NBC has capped production of the mid-season Jeff Goldblum drama Raines at 7 episodes.
13 episodes of the show had been ordered but production has now been wrapped up, although Variety reports that NBC will still air the drama in its originally-announced slot on Friday nights.
Over 7 episodes, Goldblum plays an eccentric police detective who talks to dead victims to crack cases.
