Trade Centre cut from Crossing Over
Published Saturday, Oct 27 2001, 12:16 BST | By Neil Wilkes
Crossing Over With John Edward producers have decided to drop segments featuring Edward attempting to communicate with victims of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Centre.
Studiois USA spokesman Jim Benson told Reuters: "None of those episodes will be aired. We had considered it, but it's too good of a show to take a chance in offending any audience, and we decided against it."
He added that Edward would continue to do private readings for relatives, however, since he's been "inundated with calls and pleas for readings from grieving families of the World Trade Centre victims looking for comfort and closure."
