The comedy-drama series will return for a third season, starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer as lawyers and long-time friends.
The cable network did not announce when season three will premiere.
Michael Wright, president and head of programming for TNT, TBS and TCM, said: "Franklin & Bash, with its winning cast and some of the sharpest dialogue on television, is a refreshingly clever, light-hearted take on the courtroom drama.
"We look forward to spending another season with Breckin, Mark-Paul and the rest of the terrific cast and crew of Franklin & Bash."
Mark-Paul Gosselaar is best known for his role as high school student Zack Morris on Saved by the Bell.
The actor previously defended comments he made about Saved by the Bell, having called its writing "kind of hokey".
"That's why people like it. I wasn't saying it was a bad show, just that the writing reflected [the era it was produced]," he clarified, adding: "Everything I've ever done after the show has pointed to me having nothing but respect for it."
