His company Ryan Murphy Television has sold two projects, a drama at Fox called Montauk from Brian Miller (Apollo 18) and a comedy at NBC from Matt Spicer and Ceremony director Max Winkler.
Both shows will be co-produced by 20th Century Fox TV, where Ryan Murphy Television is based, reports Deadline.
Montauk is billed as a family thriller set in the small town of Montauk, Long Island, against the backdrop of one of American history's biggest conspiracy theories.
Miller, who is currently working on a sci-fi movie for Sony Pictures with Murphy, will be writer and an executive producer on Montauk.
Little is currently known about the untitled, half-hour comedy at NBC. However, Spicer is thought to be writing the script, while Winkler will direct. Both are named as co-creators and executive producers.
Murphy and the company's president Dante di Loreto will also serve as executive producers on both shows.
In addition to Glee, Murphy is already overseeing award-winning drama American Horror Story for FX and NBC comedy The New Normal with co-creator Ali Adler.
