A talk show presented by Megan Mullally, best known as Karen Walker on the long-running sitcom Will & Grace, has been cancelled by NBC Universal Television Distribution.
Despite its star power it averaged a low 0.8 household rating in its freshman season, and production has now been shut down. New episodes and repeats will air through to the end of this month when it will be replaced with other syndicated programming in time for the February ratings sweep.
"We are very proud of the hard work and effort that our staff put into the production of this show," NBC said in a statement. "And our host, Megan Mullally, is truly one of the most talented people in our business. We are grateful to have partnered with her on the show and are appreciative for her tireless commitment, effort and dedication to this endeavour."
