'The Apprentice' goes on tour
Episode three of The Apprentice's sixth season featured the "haves and have-nots" theme at its most extreme so far. Last week's winners, Kinetic, enjoyed a spell at a luxury hotel while last week's losing team, Arrow, was split in two and competed against each other to run a themed tour of Los Angeles.

Arrow's two teams were led by Michelle and Aaron, with Ivanka and Donald Trump, Jr watching over them. Each were given a double-decker bus and told that the winning team would be determined by focus group.

Aaron's team quickly decided to theme their tour on a day in the life of the LA Lakers girls and confidently set out to arrange things. Michelle's team spent more time deciding but ultimately settled on the theme of a day in the life of the rich and famous. Michelle was very hesitant given the lack of confidence expressed in her previously.

As part of determining what locations to hit on their "famous places, beautiful faces" tour, Aaron sent James on a real tour to find out what was popular. Michelle's team was once again indecisive, dismissing Hollywood itself as "a dump" and Beverly Hills as "boring".

Having already planned much of their route out, Aaron's team set up a mini-office in the mansion's back garden to finalise all the details for the following morning. Michelle's team had to work all night on every aspect of their tour, having lost an entire day due to indecision. The all-nighter resulted in Nicole becoming extremely annoyed with Michelle.

Task day arrived and Aaron's team were on the ball from the get-go. A huge crowd had built up for the Laker girls and, after the tour microphone was wrested away from an incoherent James by Stefani, a well-presented tour was given. Michelle's team suffered with dodgy microphones and rambling narration that included a reference to heroin on a bus packed with children.

Aaron's team won with an 82% approval rate to a 58% rate for Michelle's. The final boardroom has Aaron advising Trump alongside Ivanka and Don Jr., but before Trump was able to get out his usual catchphrase, Michelle resigned.

Michelle's resignation went down like a lead balloon with Trump and her teammates. Ultimately Trump decided not to fire anyone else on the basis that Michelle was the only person who deserved to go.
