Crier is joined by a number of noted legal experts, from defence attorneys F. Lee Bailey and Ron Kuby to former federal prosecutors Ronald Goldstock and Matthew Fishbein. Together, they will use the familiar courtroom setting to explore how the defence and prosecution might construct their cases for and against the elusive terrorist in the American justice system.
Also featured are exclusive interviews with ABC News correspondents Brian Ross and John Miller, two journalists who have spent years looking into bin Laden's trail. Miller, one of the only American journalists to interview bin Laden face to face, offers unique insight into the suspect and the evidence that has been amassed so far.
