The comedians will appear with Arsenio Hall, Samuel L Jackson and Martin Lawrence to honour Eddie Murphy's life and career on the November television special.
Eddie Murphy: One Night Only - which is to be taped at the Saban Theater in Los Angeles - will feature sketches, musical performances and short films.
Eddie's brother Charlie Murphy, Jeffrey Katzenberg and Brett Ratner are to be on hand as well for personal tributes to the Beverly Hills Cop actor.
The television special is being taped on November 3 for an airing on Spike TV on Wednesday, November 14.
Eddie Murphy has been one of the enduring stars of American comedy for more than 30 years, dating back to his stint on Saturday Night Live from 1980 to 1984.
He has also appeared in the hit films Trading Places, The Nutty Professor and Dreamgirls.
