The former Hills star told Access Hollywood that she is focusing on her other projects.
"I'm not looking to go back," she explained.
Conrad added that she has been "really lucky" since the end of the MTV series, saying: "I think that I didn't love [being in reality TV].
"I think some people loved it - they loved the attention. It always kind of made me uncomfortable and so I was happy to leave."
Conrad, who is reportedly not talking to her former co-stars Kristin Cavallari and Audrina Patridge, has previously ruled out a role on ABC's The Bachelorette.
She is working on a line of eco-friendly accessories and will release new book Beauty later this month.
