The legal series - which airs on Dave in the UK - will have a 16-episode third run, it was confirmed on Friday (October 12).
Starring Gabriel Macht and Patrick J Adams, the show is currently on mid-season hiatus in America, with season two resuming in January 2013.
USA Network co-presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel said in a statement: "Quite simply, Suits is as good as it gets.
"Sophisticated storytelling, sharp dialogue and award-worthy performances make this show a cornerstone of our original programming lineup."
Pretty Little Liars actress Amanda Schull was confirmed for a role on the series last month.
