Obama is expected to discuss the final leg of the US presidential campaign as well as his performance at tonight's debate.
The leader will be making the third appearance on The Tonight Show of his presidency, having previously been interviewed by Leno in 2009 and 2011.
Republican candidate Mitt's wife Ann Romney was a guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on September 25, but the candidate himself has largely refrained from late-night talkshows.
The US presidential election will be decided on November 6.
