Kevin Reilly has signed a new "multi-year deal" to remain as president of NBC Entertainment, the broadcaster announced Thursday.
The exec, who took up the role in May 2004, has been credited with "bringing back the quality" to the peacock's primetime lineup. Notable hits from the past two seasons include Deal Or No Deal, Heroes, My Name Is Earl and The Office.
"We're bringing in new viewers and especially younger viewers with this season's most-buzzed about, critically-acclaimed lineup," said Marc Graboff, president of NBUTV on the West Coast, to whom Reilly reports. "Kevin's superb creative instincts and development skills have played a vital role in that progress."
