Bruno Mars: 'I'll host Saturday Night Live again any time'

Bruno Mars has said that he would love to host Saturday Night Live again.

The 'Locked Out of Heaven' singer helmed an SNL episode for the first time ever on October 20, bringing in the show's highest ratings in months.

In an interview with The AP, Mars revealed that he loved the experience of appearing on the live sketch comedy series.

"Whatever SNL wants from me, they can always call me," Mars told the news service. "I don't know who told them I can act or anything 'cause I can't. I don't know what they saw. Whatever they need from me, they can get."

Mars also credited a Pandora-themed sketch where he impersonated artists like Katy Perry and Michael Jackson with helping him feel more at ease on SNL.

"It was kind of a way for me to face my fears and just let it all hang loose, literally," he said. "People don't understand that they're changing things right before the show, so you can't memorise lines because they're going to change it.

"They cut sketches and it's an amazing operation. I wouldn't trade that experience for the world."
