Two and a Half Men climbed 2% from last week to 4.1 (13.87m) at 8.30pm, while Person of Interest rose 7% to a new season high of 3.1 (14.57m) at 9pm. Elementary climbed 5% to 2.3 (10.75m) at 10pm.
Fox's X Factor was up 4% from last week to 2.4 (7.47m) at 8pm. Glee tumbled 13% to 2.1 (5.22m) at 9pm.
ABC's Last Resort fell two tenths to 1.2 (5.68m) at 8pm, while Grey's Anatomy dipped five tenths to 3.2 (8.84m) at 9pm. Scandal jumped a single tenth to 2.0 (6.02m) at 10pm.
NBC's 30 Rock was even with its last Thursday episode's score of 1.2 (3.34m) at 8pm. Up All Night dropped 7% to 1.3 (3.10m) at 8.30pm.
The Office narrowly avoided tying its series low by dropping three tenths to 2.1 (4.16m) at 9pm. Parks and Recreation's episode featuring Joe Biden failed to increase its previous score of 1.7 (3.52m) at 9.30pm. Rock Centre climbed 10% to 1.1 (3.97m) at 10pm.
The CW's Vampire Diaries dipped three tenths to 1.3 (2.84m) at 8pm. Beauty and the Beast fell 14% to 0.6 (1.56m) at 9pm
