Thursday ratings: 'Big Bang Theory, 'Person of Interest' win for CBS

CBS continued its Thursday success by topping the ratings in both the 18-49 demographic and total viewers.

The Big Bang Theory was up 4% to last week to win the night overall with 5.4 (16.77m) at 8pm. Two and a Half Men was up a tenth to 4.1 (13.34m) at 8.30pm,

Person of Interest matched last week's 2.9 (14.08m) at 9pm, while Elementary rose 5% to 2.3 (10.46m) at 10pm.

Fox's X Factor slid 4% from last week to 2.4 (7.66m) at 8-10pm.

ABC's Last Resort was down two tenths to 1.0 (4.94m) at 8pm, while Grey's Anatomy fell a single tenth to 2.9 (8.17m) at 9pm. Scandal also fell a tenth to 2.4 (7.14m) at 10pm.

NBC's Up All Night fell two tenths to a series-low score of 0.9 (2.87m) at 8pm. A second episode climbed to a 1.1 score (2.68m) at 8.30pm.

Take it All was up 9% from Wednesday to 1.2 (3.93m) at 9pm, while Rock Center was down 10% to 0.9 (3.42m) at 10pm.

The CW's Vampire Diaries was up a tenth to 1.3 (2.81m) at 8pm. Beauty and the Beast climbed 20% to 0.6 (1.59m) at 9pm.
