The actress played one of television's most famous mothers on The Cosby Show, but revealed to The Steve Harvey Show that she sees very little of value in current reality show mums.
"I don't know mothers who act like that," Rashad declared to host Steve Harvey.
Rashad went on to insist that she simply refuses to watch reality television because she finds it to be devoid of any educational or entertainment value.
"Do I really want to sit here and watch that? Is this what I want to do with the moments of this life?" she joked.
Rashad earned two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her portrayal of Clair Hanks Huxtable on The Cosby Show in 1988 and 1989.
She most recently starred in NBC's Do No Harm, which was pulled from the schedules after just two episodes.
