Cox's 'Dirt' and Izzard's 'Riches' renewed
Courteney Cox drama Dirt has been given the go-ahead for a second season.

Thirteen new episodes will air on FX in the US from early next year. In the UK, Five Life acquired the show - starring Cox as a tabloid journalist - for broadcast this summer.

In a preview of its 2007-08 schedule, FX also had good news for the Eddie Izzard / Minne Driver vehicle The Riches. The drama, still in its first season Stateside, will return early next year.

Other highlights of the FX lineup include new seasons of Nip/Tuck (season five), Rescue Me (season four), It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia (season three) and The Shield (seventh and final season).
