Extended second season for 'Kyle XY'
Published Wednesday, May 9 2007, 10:49 BST | By Neil Wilkes

The series, starring Matt Dallas in the title role, was a strong performer for ABC Family in the US last year.
The episode increase takes the total order for season two to 23 episodes, a season length comparable to that of a broadcast network.
"We have been delighted with the new episodes, and we're thrilled to be able to extend season 2," said ABC Family president Paul Lee. "Kyle XY is the highest-rated show ever on ABC Family; it is truly the show that has defined this network."
