'Black Donnellys' gets full run on TV
Published Wednesday, Jun 6 2007, 16:08 BST | By James Welsh
HDNet has picked up the rights to all 13 episodes of The Black Donnellys, the now-axed NBC series following four Irish-American brothers involved with organised crime in New York City.
The show made its broadcast debut back in February but was pulled on April 4 after dismal ratings. NBC opted to show some of the remaining episodes online but HDNet's deal with NBC's domestic distribution arm will result in all the shows going out in high definition on digital cable and satellite.
HDNet will start running the show on June 13 in an 8pm timeslot.
