TiVo has started searching for a new chief financial officer after Steve Sordello resigned to take up a post at social networking service LinkedIn.
The search is TiVo's second in as many years. Company president and CEO Tom Rogers said:
"I... want to reiterate my confidence in the potential of TiVo and our current business prospects and look forward to attracting someone to the organisation to continue to help us achieve our objectives."
Last month, TiVo confirmed that it would be introducing its products to Australia and New Zealand in partnership with the Seven Network.
