The seminal reality TV show - whose recent Denver incarnation ranked as the most-watched show amongst 12 to 24-year-olds in its Wednesday, 10pm timeslot - will travel to Sydney for its 19th season.
The housemates will include 21-year-old KellyAnne, a "free spirit with a kind heart", 19-year-old "strong-willed Christian girl" Trisha and Isaac, a 21-year-old bad boy.
The disparate trio will be joined by 23-year-old "true blue American" Cohutta, 21-year-old NYU graduate Parisa and Shauvon, 24, an "ambitious and driven" journalism student.
The line-up will be completed by Isaac, 21, who insists that his "sharp intellect" has helped him to "triumph over adversity".
The 19th season of The Real World will begin on MTV at 10pm on August 8.
