A comedy pilot starring Cedric the Entertainer has been picked up by ABC.

The as-yet untitled ABC Studios show features Cedric as "a man who has always been the proud breadwinner for his family and has difficulty adjusting when his wife's hobby turns into a multimillion-dollar enterprise," according to Variety.

Cedric signed a talent pact with both ABC and ABC Studios in November, and was most recently seen on TV on Fox in Cedric the Entertainer Presents.
