The N and Reveille are making a new reality series in which teenagers at rival high schools compete to improve themselves.
Eight 60-minute episodes of The N's Student Body will see a dozen youths attempt to competitively "lose weight, face their fears and compete for their dreams".
It was developed by former Reveille chief Ben Silverman who will be an executive producer.
The host will be boxer Laila Ali who has developed an interest in improving youths' health.
Mark Koops, Reveille managing director and co-head of domestic television, will executive produce with Silverman and David Broome.
He said: "This is not a makeover show but an opportunity to have someone make positive changes not only in their own lives but the lives of people around them."
