WGA West has asked its members to concentrate their picketing activity into a single location today in what it is billing as "a major show of solidarity".
The two-hour rally will start at 10am Pacific at Fox Plaza on the Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The LAPD will be closing the Avenue for the duration of the rally, at which Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello will perform an exclusive acoustic mini-set.
After the event is concluded writers will continue picketing the Avenue.
