Nick Lachey to become TV choirmaster

Nick Lachey has agreed to become a choirmaster for new series Clash of the Choirs, it has been revealed.
The singer, along with celebrity choirmasters Kelly Rowland, Michael Bolton, Blake Shelton and Patti LaBelle, will have to form a choir of 20 amateur singers from their hometowns.
Each choir will then go head-to-head in a sing-off in New York in a live show in December and compete to win a prize. The winning mentor will choose the reward that they think will help their community the most.
Jessica Simpson's ex-husband Lachey will be returning to his hometown of Cinicinatti, Rowland will go back to Houston, Bolton will return to New Haven, Shelton's is Oklahoma City and LaBelle will form her choir in her hometown of Philadelphia.
