NBC lines up early-90s 'Tonight Show'

With no end in sight to the WGA work stoppage, NBC is turning back the clock to the early 1990s to fill Jay Leno's Tonight Show timeslot.
The show has been on hiatus since the start of the strike, and Leno has effectively refused to cross picket lines as a show of solidarity with striking writers. To fill the void, NBC has - until now - been repeating relatively recent episodes, on the basis that a quick end to the strike could result in a swift restart of production.
However, with the strike now entering its twenty-second day, NBC has confirmed that it will air five "vintage" episodes, among them a 1992 appearance by Tom Hanks and a 1995 appearance by Jennifer Aniston.
