Ryan believes in 'Bionic Woman' potential

Speaking to the Radio Times, the former EastEnders actress said: "The show had so much potential. It's had creative changes; some things didn't work, but in launching a TV show that's all part of the process."
Bionic Woman, to be screened later this month on ITV2, has yet to be recommissioned for any further episodes following a ratings slump and critical derision in America. However, Ryan admitted that she has taken positives from the experience: "To get six months on air - or even the three that we did - is an achievement. To have a hit show that runs for years... the likelihood is one in a million."
In the event that Bionic Woman is given a reprieve, Ryan added that "everyone will go back with renewed enthusiasm".
