Published Tuesday, Apr 22 2008, 10:31 BST | By Dave West

"I'm delighted to be able to join CNN during the most exciting and unpredictable political year in memory," he said in a statement. "I'm eager to get started, since this race is sure to shape American politics for years to come."
Snow has been associated with the Fox News television channel and Fox News Radio for around ten years. He presented Fox News Sunday until 2006, when he took the role with the George W Bush administration.
Since leaving the White House in September, Snow has remained associated with Fox, and he has not given a reason for the move to CNN. He previously worked as a host for CNN before joining Fox in the 1990s.
The newcomer will first appear on Monday's Larry King Live.
