Fox picks up 'The Inn', renews 'Til Death'

Fox has ordered 13 episodes of comedy show The Inn, it was confirmed last night.
The series, which stars Niecy Nash, Jerry O'Connell, Molly Stanton, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jolene Purdy and Brando Eato, is being billed as "Upstairs, Downstairs set in a hip New York hotel".
The show's writer Abraham Higginbotham will act as an executive producer alongside Peter Principato, Paul Young, Brian Dobbins, Carolyn Bernstein and Howard Owens.
Meanwhile, sitcom 'Til Death, starring Brad Garrett, Joely Fisher, Kat Foster and Eddie Kaye Thomas, has been renewed for a third season.
The network has also confirmed that comedy Back To You, which ran for one season, will not be returning.
