'Lost' chief joins 'gothic soap' project

The Hamlet-inspired show is set in Detroit and based around a family's car business. The New Adventures Of Old Christine star Hamish Linklater and his off-screen partner Jessica Goldberg wrote the script, which is being piloted by ABC.
Among those cast in the project are Andie MacDowell, Piper Perabo and Warren Christie.
Bender, both director and an executive producer on Lost, has also worked on Dirty Sexy Money, Boomtown and Alias.
