Production has been on hold for several months while the cast negotiated with show producer 20th Century Fox.
The actors have signed a four-year deal, covering them for seasons further than 20 as long as The Simpsons is renewed by Fox.
Salaries are said to have been increased to about $400,000 under the new agreement and Dan Castellaneta, who voices Homer, is becoming a consulting producer and writer.
