Heroes has thusfar averaged 5.66m viewers across its nine-week season four run, hitting a series low of 5.07m during Monday's episode.
NBC recently ordered three additional episodes of cancelled Trauma, however it is yet to announce whether the medical drama will take over the 8pm slot vacated by Heroes.
