Earlier in season four, Lee's character Ando became engaged to Hiro's sister Kimiko after Hiro went back in time to ensure the pair would become romantically involved.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Lee teased that Ando and Kimiko's wedding may feature as part of the season four finale.
"It might be a fun way to end the season - or maybe we'll see it next year," he said. "It's funny - I almost felt like they were destined to be together but it's always awkward marrying your best friend's sister!
"I feel like it opens up doors for some more complications."
He added of the plot: "We were talking about the wedding, and I was thinking it might be good if all the people who have left the show before turn up at my wedding! I thought that would be really fun."
Heroes continues Mondays at 8pm on NBC.
