S01E22: 'Landslide'

Peter manages to stop himself from exploding and convinces Ted to leave New York immediately. Sylar is eavesdropping nearby and Peter hears his thoughts, but he has already alerted the police who arrive and arrest Ted.

Ando finds a shop that will repair Hiro's broken sword, but when they arrive Hiro is taken to a back room where he comes face to face with his father Kaito. It is revealed that Kaito knew of his son's powers, but doubted whether he had the right spirit. Now convinced, he trains his son how to use the sword properly and sends him off to face Sylar. Ando has already left on a kamikaze mission however.

Mr Linderman tells Nathan that his father was once an ally, before healing his wife's paralysis. After trailing in the polls, Nathan soon wins by a landslide after Linderman coerces Micah into fixing the electronic polling stations to register more votes for him.

DL Hawkins and Jessica manage to convince Nathan to tell them Linderman's wherebouts in return for a promise that they will kill him. Upon confronting him, Linderman tells them that he arranged their meeting and had been monitoring their lives. He offers Jessica much money to kill DL and relinquish Micah, but she swaps back to Niki and refuses. Linderman goes to shoot her, but DL dives in front and takes the bullet, before killing Linderman by putting his hand inside his enemy's skull.

Mr Bennet and Matt Parkman track down the human tracking system to a building, but are ambushed by Thompson. Bennet soon shoots him dead, but is shocked to discover the system is a young girl called Molly, who is shielded by Mohinder.

Nathan is declared the winner of the election, whilst Sylar is busy testing out his new powers...
