S02E08: 'Four Months Ago'

Peter has a flashback of his forgotten memories from the last four months with the help of Adam Monroe. It transpires that Nathan was badly scarred and in hospital after the explosion and Peter was captured by The Company, who claim they only want to cure him. Elle is quick to flirt with him.

Peter makes friends with Adam, who is held in a nearby cell and convinces him to use his powers to let them escape. Adam assures Peter that his blood can cure Nathan's scarring, and the pair head to the hospital. After curing Nathan, they split up when The Company pursue them, but agree to meet in Montreal.

The Haitian catches Peter, but takes mercy on him by trying to give him a new life by erasing his memory and hiding him in a crate that ultimately ends up in Ireland.

Concurrently, Bob approaches Niki and offers to help her split personality issues with some tablets. When she stops taking them, a new wild persona called Gina appears and rushes to LA to hit the party scene.

DL Hawkins, who survived being shot by Linderman, returns from a heroic mission as a fireman to discover his wife has gone. He tracks her down in an LA club, but a row breaks out with the guy she was flirting with. Hawkins is soon shot dead by the scorned man.

Maya's ability to kill with her black eyes first emerges at her brother Alejandro's wedding when he finds his new wife in the act of coitus with an old flame. The anger triggers her powers and everyone at the reception dies apart from the two siblings.

Maya goes on the run and hides in a church, but is eventually found by Alejandro. They try to go to the police but Maya's powers are invoked again. Alejandro then discovers that he can cure the victims and the pair opt to become fugitives.
