S03E03: 'One Of Us, One Of Them'

Teaming up Noah Bennet and Sylar was an audacious masterstroke given their past, especially as they were working as a force of good for The Company of all places. This further highlights the clever fluctuation between benevolence and nastiness this year.
This unlikely pairing proved to be a tense affair, nicely merging with the bank heist storyline. It was only let down by the superpowered escapees not quite living up to the hype created in last week’s episode after the breakout, although the Jesse/Peter identity issue was well milked for dramatic purposes.
The cinema-based shenanigans of Daphne, Hiro and Ando delivered some much needed laughs and comparative frivolity to events elsewhere - despite the whole world supposedly depending on the formula being retrieved. Ando’s exasperated line of “There’s another half?” was pure genius. It will certainly be fascinating to see this amiable character head down the evil route.
Matt Parkman’s desert adventure was the one weak aspect of the episode. We’ve witnessed the whole prophetic paintings before with Isaac Mendez and going back down that route, albeit with someone else holding the brush, feels frustrating. Spare a poor thought for Micah though - newly orphaned and visited by a doppelganger of his mother.
Almost everything clicked into place with this engrossing episode. But just when you thought you had it all figured out, up popped a certain Dr Zimmerman to add yet another layer of mystery to the plot. At least he looks too old to be another of Angela Petrelli’s secret sprogs.

Loved the main part of the episode; still really unkeen about the Hiro/Ando/Daphne storyline though.. to be it's just kind of boring and immature..

Still not really as good as it thinks it is. Getting a bit repetative with the storylines too.

I loved the episode, and Sylar trying to be good was done very well. Can't wait to see what's next for Noah and Sylar.
