The 36-year-old actor, who plays Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes on the ABC series, told zap2it that Cynthia Watros's return as Libby may conclude the romance between their alter egos.
"Yeah, I mean, there's definitely closure," he said. "That would be good. I mean, it needs closure... sure, why not?!"
Garcia also said that he is unsure how the show will end, despite being seven episodes away from filming the finale.
"I've heard some hints now that I'm curious about. There is some stuff that I'm waiting for to come to head," he explained.
"Two things I'm learning about [showrunners] Damon [Lindelof] and Carlton [Cuse] is that they like to present their answers with a couple of extra questions and they like to give themselves puzzles to solve, or problems.
"They like to set stuff up like 'This is gonna happen, but we've no idea how we're gonna get there!' They do that a lot."
Lost continues Tuesdays at 9pm on ABC in the US and Fridays at 9pm on Sky1 in the UK.
