Appearing on Live With Regis And Kelly, the actor explained that he has not yet seen the finale but knows what will happen.
"[I'm] very happy, very happy," Fox said. "I really was very pleased.
"I mean, [executive producer] Damon Lindelof told me what the final episodes were going to be like about two months ago and I was very moved and very surprised."
When host Regis Philbin asked whether he would cry at the ending, Fox replied: "I believe it's going to make you bawl like a baby."
Fox, who recently joked with David Letterman that Lost has all been a dream, also teased Philbin when he asked if dinosaurs will be involved in the finale.
"I know we have [talked about this before]," he said. "And it's really incredible, incredible, that you actually nailed it all on the head."
The series finale of Lost airs on May 23 at 9pm on ABC in the US and on May 28 at 9pm on Sky1 in the UK.
