Light Summary: Mr. Eko enlists Locke to help find a secret location he believes houses answers to the island's mysteries. Meanwhile, Jack and the other survivors struggle to cope with the horrific situation in the hatch.

Full Summary: Mr Eko continues with his building project as Ana Lucia looks on. Mr Eko reveals that he's building a church because he was told to in a dream. Ana stuns Mr Eko when he tells him that that he's currently in a dream but, nevertheless, he needs to help Locke.

Mr Eko then finds himself in the hatch and is shocked to see his brother sitting at the computer. His brother tells him that the work being done in the hatch is important and that he must help John find the question mark no matter what…

Eko wakes from his sleep, grabs his axe and makes his way to find John.

Sawyer, Jack, Locke and Kate make their way back to the hatch. They find Michael who claims that Henry escaped form the hatch and ran away after shooting Ana Lucia and Libby. Kate confirms that Ana Lucia is dead, while Libby suddenly spits blood – she's conscious!

Mr Eko prays for Ana Lucia, while Jack and Kate tend to Libby who's fading fast. Jack questions Michael as to what happened. Mr Eko suggests that he and Locke go out into the jungle in search of Henry.

Flashback: In confession, Mr Eko listens but soon realises who he's listening to. Outside, he pays the man for the identity papers. Their proceedings are soon interrupted when he's advised there's been a miracle – a girl has miraculously come back to life after drowning. Mr Eko is assigned to investigate.

Locke follows Mr Eko into the jungle but soon decides to turn back. Eko, however, does all he can to keep Locke in the overgrowth. Mr Eko tells John that he needs to lead him to the question mark. Locke pulls out the small drawing from his pocket.

Flashback: Mr Eko visits the doctor who was operating on the small girl at the time she regained consciousness. It's only when Mr Eko listens to the tape that he starts to believe what he's investigating.

Locke and Mr Eko continue their trek to find the question mark. They stumble across the airplane site where Boone died.

Jack realises that Libby's in too much pain and asks Sawyer for the heroin stash. Sawyer leads Kate to his stash which is located beneath his tent. On their way out, they bump into Hurley. Kate breaks the news.

Back in the jungle, Mr Eko sees his brother again. His brother climbs up the vines on the steep incline. John wakes – it was only a dream. Locke describes his dream to Eko.

Flashback: Mr Eko arrives at the house of the girl that drowned. The girl's father explains the incident away and suggests that the doctor who revived her was only covering his own negligence - there was no miracle.

Mr Eko climbs the vines and reaches the top of the mountain. He looks down and sees a question mark etched in the grass…

On the ground, Eko discovers that the earth has been salted so nothing can grow where the salt is. Eko soon stumbles across another hatch beneath the plane – they've found another hatch - The Pearl.

In the survivors' hatch, Jack prepares some heroin to give to Libby while Hurley tells Michael the date he had planned with Libby.

Out in the field, Locke and Eko descend into the newly-discovered hatch and turn on the lights. They realise it's an observation station. They find a mysterious tube along with journals and an orientation film. They watch the film, listening carefully.

Afterwards, Mr Eko tells Locke that he believes pressing the button is now more important than ever. Locke, however, continues to lose his faith in the hatch dismissing everything that they've ever done.

Flashback: At the airport, the girl who regained consciousness tells Mr Eko that she has a message from his brother...

Locke is adamant that everything is meaningless but Mr Eko tells Locke that everything that's happened is far from a coincidence. Mr Eko proclaims that if Locke doesn't press the button, he will.

Down in the survivors' hatch, Libby's still struggling to stay alive. Hurley sits beside her and apologises for forgetting the blankets. Before finally letting go, she says one word: Michael…
