Doherty confirmed for '90210' return

Her character Brenda Walsh, now a successful theatre director, will return to West Beverly Hills High School to stage a musical, network The CW announced on Saturday.
The news has prompted speculation about the off-screen relationship between Doherty and Jennie Garth, who is reprising her role as Kerry Taylor, now a school counsellor.
The actresses famously conflicted off screen and Doherty left the show, saying she was "miserable", in 1994.
AnnaLynne McCord (Nip/Tuck), one of the new stars of the revival, said she had "heard some of the stories" about her elders. "If she and Jennie have it out while I'm there, OK then, alright, so that's the story.
"We are co-workers, we're going to be co-stars and I want to treat (Doherty) with the respect that I would treat any other co-star."
Executive producer Gabe Sachs added: "There isn't any tension. No one's been on the set yet but I think they'll be okay. I don't think they've gotten together and had dinner yet."
The new show, titled 90210, will begin on The CW in September.
