Daley: 'Bones character isn't a quitter'

John Francis Daley has revealed that he wants his Bones character Sweets to write a new book about Booth and Brennan.

Sweets has previously urged Booth (David Boreanaz) not to tell Brennan (Emily Deschanel) that he loves her.

However, in the 100th episode of the show, Brennan informed Booth that she does not want a romantic relationship with him.

"I was right, but in my head I was wrong because I wrote this book about [Booth and Brennan] that ends up being totally inaccurate," Daley told Zap2It. "No fact-checking. At least [Sweets] didn't get [the book] published. That would have been awkward."

Daley explained that he "would hope" Sweets will write another book about the duo in the future.

"I would hope that he wouldn't give up that easily," he said. "I don't think of him as that type of person. He's not a quitter."

Daley also revealed that Sweets does not deal well with the changes in Booth and Brennan's relationship.

"Not at all," he said. "And this [season] finale really leaves a lot of open questions as to the whole relationship of Booth and Brennan."
